Within Global Traffic’s first year of operations it has established its POPs (Point Of Presence) in many European cities and London being the main Hub for enabling its customers to originate Ingress traffic and terminate Egress traffic via its customer’s own Carrier Interconnects over TDM and VOIP networks. Global Traffic has successfully developed many Tier1 and Tier2 Carrier Interconnects and Direct network Interconnects with far end PTT/PSTN networks for its customers enabling them to trade wholesale voice traffic without having to worry about maintaining networks.
Global Traffic’s state-of-the-art intelligent switching platform is housed at Telehouse East building, Coriander Avenue, London. Most major international Tier1 and Tier2 Carriers has a presence at this world famous Collocation facility. Hence, giving our customers to establish interconnects within the same Collocation facility cost effectively. Together with Global Traffic’s access to London and Frankfurt metro fibre rings through its membership with Fibrenet gives Global Traffic’s customer ability to turn around a TDM Interconnect within days.
As a Service Provider for Switchless Resellers, Global Traffic’s network originates the majority volume of voice traffic from the retail sector, hence, making Global Traffic an attractive Interconnect source for Wholesale providers for collecting traffic from the Calling Card marketing without having to loose their margins unlike in the arbitrage Carrier business.
